How does shipping work?

  • Our products are subject to a period of handling before the shipping stage.
  • We generally try to process orders within 24 hours
  • We have 99% of our orders leave the warehouse within 2 working days of being placed.
  • Confirmation emails will be sent once your order has been placed which will include a tracking number

When will I receive my order?

This varies on which country your order is being sent to. The shipping times vary from item to item. For a more specific shipping time, please see the product page for the item you're specifically interested in. If you're based in the US, most of our products will be with you within 8-14 working days maximum.

Ordered 2 products, only received one?

Since we have a large volume of products to assort, some items are not stored in the same warehouse. It is possible that some products will be shipped separately. Do not worry, it is quite normal and both products will arrive. This does not occur very often, and most items will arrive in the same package. 

What if i need to return a product?
